These terms apply to miqyaslabs.com, the Stratum 4D web demo and the files you download from this site. By using them, you accept these terms.

The web demo

• The demo is for evaluation. The sample projects, companies and figures are fictional.
• Do not upload confidential or personal data to the demo. Demo sessions are removed after a day without use, and we may reset the demo at any time.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the demo or the site.

Software and licences

• Stratum 4D and its documentation belong to Miqyas Labs. Commercial use needs a licence from us. Licences, support and services for your organisation are set out in a separate agreement or quotation.
• Stratum 4D includes open-source components under their own licences.

No warranty

The site, the demo and the downloads are provided "as is". Planning decisions remain the responsibility of the user. Check results before you rely on them for contractual or safety-critical decisions.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Miqyas Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, that comes from use of the site, the demo or free downloads.

Trademarks

Primavera and Oracle are trademarks of Oracle and its affiliates. Microsoft Project is a trademark of Microsoft. Other names belong to their owners. Miqyas Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
